Park Lane announces closing of Street League Skateboarding capital raise
Park Lane is pleased to announce its participation as exclusive financial advisor in Street League Skateboarding’s recently completed Series A capital raise led by Causeway Media Partners.

Founded by pro skateboarder Rob Dyrdek in 2010, Street League was created to foster growth, popularity, and acceptance of street skateboarding worldwide. Nike SB joined forces as the presenting partner of SLS in 2013 to form the SLS Nike SB World Tour, and other premium partners such as Monster Energy, GoPro, PacSun, and Cricket Wireless have joined to support the growth of skateboarding through the SLS platform.

As the premier competitive series in skateboarding, Street League showcases an international roster of skating’s elite pros as they compete in an easy-to-follow, instant-scoring format.

At each stop on the tour, arenas are transformed into unique and totally custom concrete skate plazas, challenging the pros to raise their skateboarding to new highs as they vie for the largest purse in skate history– more than $1 million.

Following the closing of the round, Brian Atlas, President of Street League, said, “The funds raised will catalyze SLS as we continue to evolve from the core event business into a scalable and dynamic global platform.”

Andrew Kline, Managing Director of Park Lane, commented, “Working with Street League has been transformational to our business. Their creativity, passion, and execution are inspiring, and we are proud to count them as clients.”

Street League Skateboarding is televised on FOX Sports 1 and FOX Sports GO, with an international webcast on streetleague.com. The tour will conclude with the SLS Nike SB Super Crown World Championship at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on August 24th.
